ABSTRACT

Personal interactions in the work environment are crucial to worker satisfaction and well-being. This article examines the way in which the relationships between employees and managers impact motivation, the feeling of belonging and the environment within the organization, using a qualitative method based on semi-structured interviews. The findings underscore the importance of social support, effective communication, and conflict management in creating a positive work environment. Through the theoretical approach of Herzberg and the phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty, tactics are suggested to strengthen interpersonal relationships and raise the standard of living in the administrative environment.
