Evidence-based antibiotic prescribing recommendations in odontogenic infections.

ABSTRACT
Odontogenic infections are common in clinical practice and, although many can be resolved with local interventions, in certain cases they require the use of antibiotics. Proper prescription of these drugs is essential to prevent bacterial resistance and ensure effective treatment.
