ABSTRACT

Seven year-old male who was presented with abdominal pain and weight loss that suggested the possibility of malignant tumor of the bladder, surgery showed a mass between the umbilicus and the urinary bladder that corresponded to an urachus abscess, this pathology is rare but we should know its particular characteristics and should be included in the differential diagnosis of abdominal masses.
