Female pseudohermaphroditism by a congenital adrenal hyperplasia. A case report

ABSTRACT
We report a newborn, with ambiguous genitalia, sexual chromatin positive and karyotype 46XX. Ultrasound pelvic reports; vagina, uterus and urethra female. At final of the second week of life, present hyponatremia, hyperkalemia, alteration acid-base, cardiopulmonary compromise, in additionally of the corrective treatment of the dysmetabolias, starts the way with hydrocortisone. We realize the diagnostic hyperplasia adrenal congenital loosing of sodium, next to female pseudohermaphroditism.
