ABSTRACT

Not barriers for the diabetes exist. Each year 3.8 million deaths are attributed to this illness, without importing of where comes or the people lives. The complications are the most important one, the neuropathy and the diabetic foot constitutes the most frequent cause of consultation and the highest economic expenses in the sector health. The diabetes is the first cause of death in Mexico and it is expected that itself increment more than the 51% in the next 10 years, of attend not to its causes.
