ABSTRACT

The isolated iliac aneurysms are rare, half of them are asymptomatic, and the urinary manifestations of them are also rare and are secondary to compression. We present a case in a male patient who initiated with urinary symptoms and was studied and diagnosed to have an isolated iliac artery aneurism as a cause of the urinary problems.
