ABSTRACT

The research completed by the nurse professional it’s relatively young, begins practically in the eighties, although in the seventh’s, appears the first theories which excel the American, Canadian and English theoretical, understanding the essentials topics for the nurse practice, care, self care, holistic vision and approaching practically to the epistemology of nurse science. In this assignment was used the qualitative methodology, the dialogue and the direct interview. The scientific input from the research was supported in the acceptation of the formative research from the nurse professional of the departments like Specialties Outpatient and Internal Medicine from the General Hospital Zone and Familiar Medicine No. 26, IMSS, concluded posing that the permanent dialogue, cause the development of the intellectual capacities and the skill to build clear and reflexive arguments.
