ABSTRACT

In the report made teenagers are represented by 22% of all pregnants, that it´s almost the same with the bibliography of the national situation. Some of the mainly characteristics found in the pregnant teenagers that were attended in Dr. Francisco Bolaños Clinic, during 2004 and 2005 are, the condition of has a social security wasn´t important, it also describes that 41% of teenagers had a low level of education according to their age. In fact, 36.5% of pregnants teenagers don´t work out of the house neither study.The 43.7% were attended late, the anemia in pregnancy was found in low percentage, in other hand the urinary tract infection was found in 40.7%. finally it was found the 8.2% were active smockers during pregnancy.
