ABSTRACT

So that the professional futures contribute to the problems solution of the health sector, and contribute to improve the people quality of life, it is necessary to incorporate the investigating attitude to the academic task of pre-degree. With the objective of characterizing the student research situation in the Faculty of Cabinda Medicine, a research with qualitative approach based on experiences and manager criteria was carried out, teachers and students of this faculty. The sampling analisys units are conformed through intentional sampling; information collection techniques such as questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and focus groups were used with the aim of getting opinion about the organization of the student investigation, the role of the student organization, the main problems and possible solutions. Taking into account the views and successful information ,suggestions are carried out to include in a strategy proposal to improve the student scientific activity in the Faculty of Medicine of Cabinda at the same time that are proposed the skills that students must reach in every academic year.
