ABSTRACT

Extramammary Paget􀀀s disease is a malignant dermatosis observed mainly in areas of high density of apocrine glands. It is a rare disease, more common in white women, with a peak of incidence in the 7th decade. We present a review of its pathogenic theories, clinical manifestations, pathology, differential diagnosis, and treatment including the case of al 78-year-old woman with vulvar Paget􀀀s disease, treated with total vulvectomy and a satisfactory evolution.
