ABSTRACT

Congenital malformations affecting a Global Level 1 in 33 infants, corresponding to 270,000 cases annually. Of the 10.6 % cause heart defects and postnatal deaths of 1-1.8 them of newborns die alive in the early days for critical heart disease, heart disease defined as those that can cause death in the prime of life month newborn, requiring intervention by the firts year. These dependent child heart of the ductus arteriosus to live for which it is vital importance of detecting these early malformations paragraph sequelae and mortality avoid delay in treatment of heart these criticisms worse prognosis for this reason, the establishment of critical heart disease screening proposed by pulse oximetry, noninvasive method, inexpensive and early detection useful paragraph.
