ABSTRACT

The diagnose and prevention of the hearing loss in workers exposed to agents of the occupational environment as noise, chemical substances, vibrations or the combination of these noxious agents, requires of a commitment of all the parts, the participation of directive and administrations on one hand, and health personnel health for the other one, without leaving outside of this strategy to the worker, to the one which, it should be elevated their knowledge on this problem and to sensitize it with all that can happen. This motivates us to make a valuation of the indicators to evaluate the audition of the workers at risk and to show the diagnostic means that contain this arsenal, some that require an advanced technology but others that are simple and very useful clinical methods in places that we have technology lack.
