ABSTRACT
The present research is developed in the Health Technology Faculty during the period between 2015 – 2016, according to the detection of a group of incapacities, that motivated that the authors planted herself as an objective the design of the investigative competences that contributes according to an interdisciplinary approach as a distinctive trait, to the development of professionals that are committed to the formation of the new health technicians. The research works with theoretical level methods that allowed to determinate the fundaments that serve as base to the investigative competences and the modeling of the five investigative competences, abilities, operations, and the values that allows to increase, based on an interdisciplinary approach. The five designed competences are: Researchable, Protocolizable, Knowledge Management, Communicative and Socializable.
