ABSTRACT

Objective: to socialized the results obtained with the implementation of the one conception to contribute to the univer-sity welfare of students, academicians and managers of “Antonio José Camacho” University (UNIAJC) in Colombia.
Methods: a descriptive study was carried out that allowed joining with the theorical methods empirical, mathematical-statistics to implement the educative strategy. A universe of 883 students, academicians and managers.
Results: with the attention of the one before in the university institution “Antonio José Camacho” (UNIAJC), is developing the investigation project “Pedagogical Conception of university welfare” with the objective consists on contributing to the integral formation and quality of life of university community, from the formative process since the Pedagogical Science perspective. looking for an environment that tend a healthy university. This investigative work is in face entitled “The social interaction a necessity for the strengthen of university welfare”. In this face the interaction of university community interaction get major importance as essential element of coexist in and out of the university, reason for what the health, sport and recreation are outstanding and favor these interactions among the social actors of university context.
Conclusion: the results evidenced in the state of indicators at the beginning and at the end of pedagogical conception application, show the transformation of the variable objective of study University Welfare, for the healthy university.
