ABSTRACT

Objective: demonstrate the importance of professional development and human in a pedagogical strategy for the development of innovative organizational culture in a university institution taking into account as a theoretical support the theory of advanced education.
Developing: a descriptive method, with qualitative and quantitative methods was used. Finding in the practice of the application of the pedagogical strategy for the development of an innovative organizational culture in a university institution.
Conclusions: applied theory with practice, showed the application and validity of the pedagogical strategy.
