Valoración preanestésica en el paciente neurológico

RESUMEN

El manejo anestésico del paciente neuroquirúrgico debe orientarse según los hallazgos de la valoración preanestésica. Ésta pretende anticiparse y corregir, en la medida de lo posible, situaciones adversas secundarias a la patología presente, de modo que no sólo se disponga de técnicas y recursos idóneos sino también se considere soporte médico especializado preoperatorio y postoperatorio con la finalidad de garantizar un manejo integral al paciente.
