ABSTRACT

Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type (PCDLCL-LT) is characterized by diffuse, monotonous proliferation of centroblasts and immunoblasts. It belongs to the classification of primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas. This variety is rare. The average diagnosis is nine months, early suspicion, being important for timely treatment and reducing the risk of complications. In this article we present the case of a 64-year-old male patient with PCDLCL-LT, with adequate response to treatment.
