ABSTRACT

This is a 30-year-old male patient who, after suffering a three-story fall, showed hepatic contusion on CT scan and ultrasound. MRI with gadoxetic acid demonstrated laceration, vascular integrity, and biliary anatomy without evidence of injuries.
