ABSTRACT
The ganglion cyst is the most common tumor-type lesion in the hand and wrist. Its finding in the long head of the biceps brachii is uncommon, and its presence is an extremely rare entity. In a 20-year bibliographic review, only three cases have been reported in the English literature, this being the fourth reported.
