ABSTRACT
Spinal cord ischemia is a rare complication that is observed in 0.3 to 1% of all spinal cord ischemias, primarily due to aneurysm repair or dissection at the thoracic aorta level, rarely in management of the abdominal aorta or aortoiliac disease. The spinal cord is irrigated at different levels, including the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral. In some cases, the irrigation of the artery of the Desproges-Gotteron cone depends on how this case presents.REFERENCES
