ABSTRACT

Drug use in Mexico remains a significant public health concern, primarily due to the complications arising from intoxication, in addition to the challenges associated with addiction. We present the case of a female patient with an atypical clinical presentation secondary to the combined use of cocaine and fentanyl. This case highlights the diagnostic and therapeutic complexities involved in such scenarios, the increasing prevalence of fentanyl-adulterated substances, and the urgent need for greater awareness and rapid response systems in these situations.
