ABSTRACT

In Latin America, facilitator training in clinical simulation is characterized by heterogeneity and limited access, which can hinder continuing education and professional development opportunities in the region. In this context, virtual learning emerges as a promising alternative for expanding access, particularly in settings with limited resources. This article presents the experience of designing, developing, and evaluating a training program in clinical simulation and patient safety for facilitators in Argentina. The program was delivered virtually and offered free of charge to participants.
