ABSTRACT

This research presents important data on the presence of negative factors result in the process of work that are affecting the UAA teachers and their cognitive reaciones. The factors most frequent were; in the physical working environment; the concept of the Organization, productivity, responsibility at work, the workload demands be a repetitive work, while hard standing and the mental effort made. In the social environment of Empresa.Los factors were significant in the presence of the same behavior, lack of recreacion, problems with peers, and lack of coexistence.
The company´s administrative environment the concept of organization that is bad productivity demands, labour insulation during work, wage inequality, the high number of Students in classes and finally demands to check.
Masters, cognitive responses the most significant were: no set goals at the start of the program have a sobrevaloracion of himself to the capacity to transmit knowledge, not to perform an analysis or synthesis final class to is impartio, having to use graphic representations as support for the exhibition, a high percentage not organize classes to provide taxonomicos for the performance of the different units of the programme, layered set only an author for each topic and even for a program, another important percentage refers not interested students low qualifications or reprueben, as well as personal students who may be interfering in ratings problems.
