ABSTRACT

Objetive: to implement a system of actions to promote the management of open educational resources as support materials and reusable in the teaching and learning process.
Results: It has been possible to have a new educational culture in the institution that allows teachers to apply and use educational content that supports the teaching-learning process. Mechanisms are established in educational practice where experiences in the use of REA through scientific evidence and sensitize managers and teachers about the importance of Educational Technology in the University processes.
Conclusions: All this will contribute to the design of educational resources that are tools to support open knowledge in the group of teachers and students of the Latin American School of Medicine.
